Web Browsers

Most people these days use the Internet and that obviously means they have to use a web browser. The most popular browser seems to be Internet Explorer (if your using a PC) but there are other alternatives which are far superior in my opinion.

I personally can’t stand Microsoft Internet Explorer so instead I use Mozilla Firefox. I have been using Firefox for some time now and will try and give a list of its best features:

- Tabbed browing
- Simple RSS Feed Lists
- Speed (it’s almost instant to load on my laptop)
- Built-in download manager
- There are literally thousands of add-ons
- Fully customisable
- Regular updates

Obviously I have had the occasional crash but this is caused by poor web page coding or scripts. Currently using version 2 but version 3 is released soon (the Beta version is already) and I can’t wait to give it a try. So for all of you Microsoft lovers out there, give Firefox a go! You won’t go back after it you have it installed ;)
