		<description>Technically, nothing. Oil does not conduct electricity and maintains a very low temperature, keeping components cool and working nicely and prevents rust and degradation. They do say that if you were able to completely seal a PC Tower with filled with oil it would never overheat! Be a bit messy if it broke tho :p

I think they should try that with water, and see what happens!</description>
