Obviously I decided to take a look and someone had posted a link to a great website I want to share with you. The website is RossTraining.com

The website was founded by a guy called Ross Enamait, the site is dedicated to excellence and innovations in high performance conditioning and functional strength training. On the site you will find routines and programs designed to develop athletes. Just take a look at his jump rope routines and you will be impressed!

Certainly a site worth adding to your favorites!

Whilst browsing YouTube I came across a a workout video created in the 1980′s by Dolph Lundgren. He is a Swedish actor and his most famous films are Rocky IV (where he played the Russian Ivan Drago), Masters of the Universe, A View to a Kill and Universal Soldier.
The video is in 3 parts, first it’s the warm-up, then the lower body workout and then finally the upper body workout. It is a real killer and if you think you are fit enough give it a go! Oh yeah, the cheesy music is pretty funny!
